Typical artificial arm that allows you to independently control each finger



Thanks to the cooperation in the fields of technology, medicine, science, and design development of the sphere of prosthetics goes rapidly. However, the majority of even the most modern developed prostheses, for example, the upper limbs, have serious limitations in grasping movements, allowing to capture all the things only artificial fingers at once. However, in the near future, this problem may be solved.


Engineers at the Johns Hopkins University have successfully created an advanced prototype of the artificial hand. Its feature is that artificial prosthetic fingers can be controlled independently of each other and thus only the power of thought.
