Since we visited MWC exhibition, usually sets the trend for the rest of the year, we can safely predict: 5G will be one of the most mentioned words in 2016. It seems that every company, one way or another associated with communications, has sought to make their five cents in the picture of how it will develop a new communication standard. We decided to present the prospects of 5G networks in accordance with the "road map" of one of the leaders in this field - the American company Qualcomm, which showcased their vision of the development of the new standard.
It has been over six years since the first people began to enjoy the high-speed LTE 4G, so switching to a faster standard makes sense to wait for the next years. It's now known that the standard 5G will be finalized in approximately 2018, and after a couple of years crazy fifth-generation network speed will appear in our connected devices.
